The Uni-Place Creative District is excited share what this colorful neighborhood has to offer!

Get out into the community and join us for our Summer Vendor Garden event in our front parking lot. We are going to have over 30 vendors at this event, selling about any craft you can think of. Not to mention there will also be food trucks, Zipline and 402 creamery at our event plus much more!

We are so excited to announce that the 2nd Annual Fallbrook Summer Festival is back with 2 dates to kick-off and end your summer with a bang! The festival will be held Friday, August 9th in the Fallbrook Town Center.

This family friendly / dog friendly festival will feature attractions including:

𝙑𝙀𝙉𝘿𝙊𝙍 𝙈𝘼𝙍𝙆𝙀𝙏 - Shop local vendors and makers curated by Creative Collabs from 5 - 9pm.

𝙁𝙊𝙊𝘿 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝘽𝙀𝙑𝙀𝙍𝘼𝙂𝙀 - Grab dinner at Toast or Zipline, or get it to go and make a picnic in the park! Food trucks will also be on-site along with 2 beer tents this year! Adult beverages will be served in the beer garden located in the park.

𝙇𝙄𝙑𝙀 𝙈𝙐𝙎𝙄𝘾
-August 9th: Local cover band, Lemon Fresh Day will play a 3 hour set from 7-10pm.

Be sure to bring a blanket or lawn chairs to enjoy the live music!

𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙀𝙍𝙏𝘼𝙄𝙉𝙈𝙀𝙉𝙏 - Yard games such as bean bag toss, giant connect 4 and others will be available. Balloon twisters and face painters will also be available for the kids.

𝘼𝘿𝙈𝙄𝙎𝙎𝙄𝙊𝙉 - $5 admission. Kids 12 & under are free.

The shopping market is FREE to attend and will host 35 local vendors! However, the brunch will require advanced purchased tickets.
